When you buy one of our gift vouchers, we will post it to you complete with a blank bright coloured envelope ready for you to present it as a gift.
Gift Card T&Cs
- North Western Models (NWM) Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online only at: northwesternmodels.co.uk NWM Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment. Purchases made with gift vouchers are not refundable with cash.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date purchased. NWM will not be held responsible for money not redeemed before this point. Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full, are single use only and can only be used for one purchase at a time.
- Gift Vouchers will normally be dispatched within 2 working days via Tracked Royal Mail Delivery
- NWM Gift Vouchers will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Gift Voucher Quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt, any discrepancies must be notified immediately. NWM cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift vouchers not notified within 3 days of delivery.
- Cleared Payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Your Credit/debit card/PayPal account should read North Western Models. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing an explanation.
- NWM gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Other Promotional codes cannot be used against gift voucher purchases, this includes Black Friday Promotions and newsletter sign up promotions, as well as all other promotions unless otherwise stated.
